Our boot camp program focuses on body resistance strength training, cardio, calisthenics, core training, drills and obstacle courses. Over the course of 1 hour we will get your heart racing and your adrenaline pumping.

Classes begin Mon, Sept 28 and will run for 8 weeks.

Cost

2 classes/week: $99
Unlimited classes/week: $129

Group rates available for groups of 10 or more.
Payment is due in full at the end of your first class.

Combo Discount

If you sign up for both Boot Camp and Basic Training, you will receive a $50 discount.
