Our program is specifically tailored to you. It focuses on the foods that you enjoy, your schedule, the training methods that you enjoy, and using techniques that keep you motivated.
Team Jacked is not just another weight loss program
There are two main problems with most other programs. First, they typically only address one or two out of three parts of the equation. They may settle on a specific diet, while ignoring the benefits of proper physical training and the importance of motivation. A program may focus only on weight training and completely fail to deliver results that proper nutrition can provide. Team Jacked corrects this problem by focusing equally on all the necessary components of reaching your goal: training, nutrition and desire.
Secondly, most programs that are successful have given little to no thought about being able to maintain that transformation. Team Jacked is designed in a way that once you join the team, you have a plan with the rest of life in mind.
Team Jacked is not a team of empty promises
Every one of our members and captains has been through the same program that you are about to embark on. We have all lived it, survived it, and achieved results with it. It worked for us, and it will work for you. All we ask from you is that you commit to desire, patience and hard work; we will take care of the rest. If you trust the process, you are going to be able to change your life forever.
Team Jacked is not unsafe
This is not a high-protein, low-carb, no-carb, high-carb, high-fat, low-fat, all-liquid, cabbage-soup or some other unsustainable diet. Yes, they can all work in the short term, but ultimately you need all 3 macronutrients (protein, fat and carbohydrates). While a temporary restriction can be effective, we focus on long-term health. Your training will also focus on proper exercise form, breathing and using appropriate weights for your ability.
Team Jacked is not about instant gratification
Radical weight loss programs, such as those advocating the loss of 30 lbs of fat in as many days are inefficient, unhealthy, and unsustainable. It is unrealistic to expect to lose 40lbs in 2 weeks so that you are ready for the beach. Furthermore, it is not healthy to lose weight that fast, and does not establish the necessary habits to keep that weight off over a long period of time.

We have trained as many women as men, and are indifferent to the sex of our client when it comes to how hard we push you and the type of results we expect you to achieve.
